SHIPPING POLICIES

Shipping is free of charge for all orders shipped within Canada.

We offer standard delivery via FedEx® or Canada Post for all orders and will require a signature to ensure receipt. Shipping may take between 3 to 5 business days after payment was verified. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to remote areas, special order requests and during promotional or sale periods. Note that we only ship on weekdays and do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders must be shipped to one address only. Bijouterie Dominic is not responsible for delays in delivery due
to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

All prices herein are expressed in Canadian currency.

CUSTOMS PROCEDURES AND TAXES

We regret to inform you that we do not offer international shipping services at this time. However, we offer shipping services from Canada to all states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Delivery times for shipments from Canada to the United States may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

When an order is placed online at bijouteriedominic.com, shipments from Canada to the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping costs paid at the time of purchase. Customs policies and fees may vary by state, so customers are advised to check with their local customs authorities for specific information. The recipient must provide all necessary information for customs clearance when contacted.

FINAL SALE

Items are designated as “Final Sale” for the following reasons:

- All orders that are over $6,000 before taxes
- Clearance or Discounted Items (sale items)
- Pre-owned Items
- Custom or Made-to-Order Items
- Financed Items
- Parts-service repairs
- Gift cards
- Worn or used Items

For all items designated as Final Sale, our standard return and exchange policy does not apply. These items cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for different products.

RETURN POLICY

Bijouterie Dominic inc. will accept returns under the following conditions, within ten (10) days of purchase, for exchange only. Please note that our policy does not allow for any refunds.

All returns are subject to a quality inspection to ensure the merchandise meets our return policy criteria. Items will be accepted for return only if they are in new, unused, unworn condition, with all tags intact, and all protective plastic wrap preserved, accompanied by all packaging and related documentation provided at the time of purchase.

Items showing signs of alteration, having been altered or resized by a jeweler other than Bijouterie Dominic, or showing damage of any kind, cannot be returned. Items with alterations to the protective film, peeling or removal of the protective plastic cannot be returned.

Engraved items, promotional items or special orders are considered final sales and cannot be returned.

JEWELRY WARRANTY
